Or Rouge is exceptional Limousin beef, it embodies all the values of Excellence thanks to the elegance of the Limousin breed, "the queen of races" according to Joël Robuchon*,  the richness of the Limousin terroir, the passion of those working throughout the sector and the exceptional know-how which is passed on from generation to generation.

 

Our aim is to combine the excellence of a specific terroir, its environment, its people to provide the consumer with the best possible product: tender, and healthy meat that is full of flavour.

It is a responsible and societal approach by the sector that guarantees farmers fair remuneration for their high quality work.
